Have a 50 Ford custom. Drivers side window gets hung about three quarters the way up. I think it may be the rollers. Are they hard to change? Best place to order some new ones. Still don't under stand exactly how they are held on. Thanks

Thanks for the picture. I get an idea of what I am looking at. I think the S shaped springs on the bottom are loose letting the top ones sink. I just need to pull it out so I can really see what's going on.

I would like to see a photo of a 50 Ford Custom front seat without any upholstery or padding on it. Mine is sunk down. I can stick my camera under the seat and take a pretty good picture. I can see that there are two springs loose. I would like to see what it is suppose to looked like before...

I think I got it. Finally got the adjuster screw on top undone. It was good tight. As soon as I loosened it a hair the steering freed up. Guess it was just to tight. It was a hair low on lubricant. I topped if off with 90 weight. Feels much easier to drive down the road.

That's why I want to free the screw so I can see if it to tight. I am going to jack the car up today and see if it still stiff with the wheels off the ground. I read that if it is still stiff with the wheels off the ground it is probably in the steering box. I may see if I can take the fill...

Waiting on a friend of mine to put in new motor mounts and transmission mount. Found that the spring bushings in the rear are wore out especially the front ones on the springs. Have new ones coming. Going to get those replaced.
