I replaced the seals in the control valve assy.for a '53 Merc power steering,as I have done in many control valves.However this control valve is seeping on both ends.Also I sent the assist cylinder out to be rebuilt,that also is seeping at the shaft seal.Is there anything peculiar about the 53...

That's part of my problem,there was no switch at all.So I don't have any idea what the old 1 is supposed to look like.

I am doing a restoration on a '53 Merc. wagon.I am putting in a new wiring harness and started looking for the heater switch and wires.I do have a switch,it must have been removed sometime in it's life and never reinstalled.Anyone that can help me with locating or selling me the correct switch...
