    My throttle doesn't return

    I had this same issue and taking the pin out to get the arm off was the biggest problem I encountered. I accidently broke the pin and didn't what to but a new one, but I figured out that a 3/32 TIG rod is the same size. I purchased my spring and pin set from snyders
