looking for few parts for a 1952 ford car flathead parts im looking for the bracket and end thing that bolts to the bell housing on a 52 ford car that hold the ball thats on the clutch bell rotator . and im looking for a narrow crank pulley .

looking for a good used working starter for a ford flathead they say they are all the same . but anyway my engine is 51-53 model .

ok mr walt and el rat in my oppion i thought that 65-70 foot lbs was awhfull high in my thought to put on them . . and for the torque wrech i have a kobalt handle setting pop stop . i figured that is a good one its a 1/2 drive .

so when i put my heads back on my 52 ford flathead engine . it says to do them 65-70 foot lbs ?????? is that to much or is it wise to back off from that any or ???? and it says to put sealer on all the bolt threads ?? i baught permatext non hardening stuff . its made for gaskets and etc usees...

looking for if someone out there cutting sections from a car or maybe has bad fenders and the front of the fenders are ok . im needing the front sections off drivers and passengers side of a 1952 ford customline or mainline etc . i would need then cut off measuring from the headlight top lip 6...

ok well i dont have anything to get rebuild when i baught this body it was just a roller had the trans and bell housing and etc thats it . im working on a eab engine to put back into the car and was just wondering the clutch size . i knew that it couldnt been 10 0r 11 inch i have some them...

and who may have the best deals or parts :)

i need a quick question out there does the 1952 ford customline sedan take a 9 1/2 inch clutch ????? im guessing it does . getting ready to order all this so and it will be a month or so before it goes in and dont want to order it wrong . and caint return it or exchange it .

update on parts found i just baught a fan assembly . and set of car pumps . so still on the look for the bottom crank pulley like in the pic here and a narrow pulley generator or just the pulley for a gen thats narrow belt if someone has one off . and if anyone may have a good used eab carb...

ok if u get time see if u can get me a closer pic . of it what ever the peice is im going to have to post that im needing one for this car . i can tell now by looking at the car pics i have of mine that it caint go to the block so ur right the bell housing is right there at it

oh . i knew i was going to hear something like that as i looked at the side of the block and see no way anything goes there . maybe someone who has a 52 ford car will have a pic of this set up i hope . :)

does anyone have a pic of how this goes on the side of the flathead block they removed the flathead out his car and just noticed that i dont see how this hooks up i see no threaded holes inside the block like u see in a late model ford or chevy block .

looking for flathead parts . im needing a nice useable 3 blade fan assembley with bearing and narrow belt pulley . and im needing the bottom crank pulley 2 grooves with the winged opening in them i have pics of what im needing im converting a truck flathead to fit into a 52 ford car so have pic...

so u can make adapter to use the passengers side car manifold where it dumps in the back . and can get it to work on the drivers side . thats what i was really wanting to do is use like 2 pass side car manifolds and block the front of them off with a plate and use them where they both hook up in...

nice thread im getting ready to rebuild a set of 52 car narrow pulley pumps . . how can u tell if there off the engine if there any good as they are . or do u just rebuild them when there off to be safe ???
