Brake Pedal Return Spring

Does someone have a copy of the instructions for installing the Brake Pedal Return Spring? If so, could they email me a copy? I removed the unit when replacing some internal parts in the bell housing, and am now ready to reintall the brake pedal return spring. Unfortunatly, I have mislaid my instructions from when I initially installed it.

You should not require that spring on the brakes if they are brought up to original specifications. My brake pedal returns quickly like with a snap when you remove your foot off the brake. Why go adding things when not needed. IMHO.

Are you using the 31 return springs or the earlier curved plate. I am running the earlier plates on mine and also cannot get the pedal to reset all the way. It snaps up fine as you describe when I let go of the pedal quickly. The issue is more when I let off it slowly or just had my foot lightly on the brakes it can't overcome the brake light switch and leaves my brake lights on. I added the brattons spring from the pic and it helped but I believe I have it installed on the other side of the actuator rod closer to trans. I will switch to what charles showed in the pic above since I don't get much spring force how I have it.
