Will work except DS and torque tube which are a different length on 32 because of 106 wb. Radius rods mount different on a 34 and may have to be shortened. What is wrong with the present rear end you have. If it is a late 32, you can swap the torque tube and DS, early is made like a Model A with a solid DS.

33-34 Front Radius Rods are shorter then 32.
33-34 Torque Tube and Drive Shaft are longer then 32.
32 parts are getting very hard to find.
Rear Track (width) is the same as Late 32.
Front track is the same.

Early 32 axle width is the same as late 32 and 33-34. 33-34 rear is the same stuff as late 32, except for length of torque tube and driveshaft. This can be remedied by shortening them to the proper 32 length AND at the same time re-clocking the torque tube front so that the speedometer drive turtle location is as 32 should be, and so the speedo cable can go to the RIGHT and still function correctly.

Per my post above, the radius rods on LATE 32 and 33-34 are the same part # and part. The EARLY 32 rear has the radius rods with the doglegs toward the rear and straight fore-aft mounts on the axle housings. The EARLY 32 driveshaft is actually a hollow tube like LATE 32 and 33-34 BUT has a tapered rear with keyway (like a rear axle) like Model A. (The Model A has a solid driveshaft.) Late 32-33-34 have a 10-spline female at the rear of the driveshaft.
