35 Battery Cable Grommet

Can someone tell me where the 48-14548 battery cable grommet is attached
on a 35?

Should be 2. There are 2 brackets that are secured to the top of the bellhousing and extend upwards .They go in the hoops of those brackets. The cable passes thru them from the starter switch to the starter.

The above photo is a 1932-34 variety, 1935's have one short metal clamp similar to those in the photo above but muc much shorter that is not available new, and this one:

Here is an excerpt from the 35-36 Ford Book showing the rubber cable sleeve and special plug/stud that holds the rubber sleeve in place. Both are located on the back of the engine block near the oil sending unit
