I guess I am a poor businessman but after buying parts for old Fords since a Model A roadster in 1964 I don't think I really ever thought much about what I just paid for shipping. Opening up the box and finding a good old Ford part was good enough for me. Disappointment was always a bad poorly described part ,this usually by individual sellers.
I have NO problem with shipping costs if they are what was stated prior to my purchase. After all, i have the right to accept or decline at that time.As I stated, I have No issue with the price or quaility of the seals. I ordered them from Drake because I've always got fresh rubber produces.
I just think that the shipping cost, in nothing other than a FedX envelope, was out of line.
But on a lighter sideI have 2 of Drakes key rings, FREE, you pay shipping

If we choose to use usps one of my employees needs to drive a few blocks out of their way to drop off the packages. Parts are packaged each and every day , we try not to loose any money on shipping and usually just use a flat rate fee. .............
