I have a 50 ford 6 cyl with overdrive on the relay on the fire wall should I have 6 volt on all three contacts looking at the relay the upper left above the fuse goes to the ignition switch the bottom right goes to the OD solenoid #6 it has no juice going to it should there be or does it get juice after 27 mph

One terminal is for ground.

When the governor contacts close at ~30mph you will see ground on the terminal labeled 'TH SW TERMINAL'. Once ground is there (you could ground it yourself), the solenoid terminal will see 6V and the solenoid should engage. The 'TH SW' terminal will be floating if the governor contacts are open. Ken

...So the terminal you mention is floating and should get ground above 30mph

Get a test light and turn ignition key to on. Check for power on both sides of the fuse. If it is present the get a jumper wire and ground the top terminal, the one with the wire going to the governor. You should hear a click. Now check for power at the lower terminal, the wire going to the solenoid. You may also hear the solenoid energize which means you do not need to check for power.
If all that works ok with that jumper then you have a problem in your grounding circuit.
