business coupe's oval window

Vin-tin, did you ever measure those windows you showed in post #8?

No. They were on eBay, not in my hand. I ask the guy questions but didn't ask the size before they sold with a "Buy It Now".

Ray,
can you, or someone else post a picture or drawing of what the width and profile shape is of the inside and outside window frames?
I'll just make my own from scratch.

I'll see what I can do, but it may be after the holidays. :)

I also think the oval window coupe is the best looking coupe Ford built, and I can't understand why they cut the run so short.

we realize how good the oval window looks today, but did the masses think it was good looking or odd? People were a heck of a lot more traditional back when.

On a '41 Ford Convertible, a guy made 1/4 windows from Chrome headlight rims & flat glass, so he could see how to back up.

I have one of the side brackets that hold the top rear bow. Its curved around the side window. There is a photo of one of the brackets with the oval window and the rear bracket that supports the middle of the bow. If interested m.ralph@yahoo.com
