What are the thread sizes for the A-9525 GAV Adjusting Needle and the A-9528 GAV Housing? The threads for the A-9528 Housing are in the lower body casting, and the threads for the Adjusting Needle are inside of the A-9528 GAV Housing.

Gav assembly Only 1/8-27 pipe thread.

See attached drawings from Ford. A-9528 is the assembly. The brass piece you are asking about is A-9529.

I would try to verify the threads you have there, though. They may not have been manufactured to this drawing.

Hi Bob. the threads for the needle are 1/4 X 24.
