Zenith Carb Rebuild

I am rebuilding my Zenith carb. Is there a place that lists all the thread specifications on the top and bottom body halves? Some of the threads are going to have to be cleaned up. I am familiar with the M5 used with the jets and have one of those. I was really hoping they would be listed somewhere for reference.

Mitch, You can use Tom's procedures with confidence. I have rebuilt 4 in the last year and they all came out great.

Mitch, to answer your question:

UPPER CASTING
Mounting flange - 5/16 X 18
Idle speed screw - 8-36
Fuel inlet - 1/2 X 20
Float Valve - 1/2 X 20
Assembly bolt recess - 3/8 X 24

LOWER CASTING
GAV housing 1/8 X 27 NPT
GAV Valve threads - 1/4 X 24 (this is an odd size, but available)
Secondary well - 3/8 X 24
Drain plug - 3/8 X 24
