Zenith # 1 or 2

[Step-down]

So I see Zenith made a # 1 and # 2 both for Model A . Is there a big difference between the the two ?
Trying to understand .. Any Imput , thanks .....

#1 was made by zenith and the #2 was made by Holley...to me both are same just different manufacture.
