Yard for sale!!

Here is how I see it...if some of you on the Fordbarn send me $10,000 each so I can buy it...I will then redistribute the parts to the these Fordbarn members..trust me this is a good deal.
By the way ... I finally found the WWII warehouse in Alameda navel air station that contains the crated jeeps in cosmoline..taking orders.

That is fantasically overwhelming!

My first glance gave me the feelings I had in the National Treasure movie when they lit up the treasure room and saw the national treasure for the first time.

Don't forget all of the videos at the end!

The WWII Alameda Air Station warehouse story has been going around since 1948 when I was 11, living in Riverside ,CA. To tell the truth I still enjoy it.
Anyone from the Detroit area remember "Silverstines" Army/Navy store 1946 to 1955?
Mark

It looks like someone had fun, knocking out all the glass with a baseball bat.
That ruined the interiors and, probably, led to the floors rotting out. Not too many restorable cars here.
There are a lot of good parts, but not a half million dollars worth.
MIKE :)

At least (3) cars would bring a pretty penny;

1936 Cord Sedan
1937 Cord Supercharged Sedan
Aluminum body Lincoln (how rare is this one ?)

This was listed some time ago on epay, and I think for a higher price. If those cars and parts are there I would really love to see it.

I liked EPP'S on Grand River.

33 5w & a couple 34 sedans would DEFINATELY be intristin . How many times d'ya suppose the roofs & hoods were jumped on to get that beat up ? Looks like heavy rust on many also . Must be a wet area or something as I have seen cars from OK that were not really rusty atall . Anywayz it's way beyond my old ford budjet so izza a sittin onna post watching thissun .

I think the price is a lot too high and it looks like everyone else thinks the same. Note there are no bids on it.

If I had the means I'd buy that place in a heartbeat, then I'd run around and dance in between the cars to the Sound of Music soundtrack and say to myself "damn! I finally made it!"

You'd be surprised on the Cord Sedan. I saw a fully restored 4 door non-supercharged one sell at auction this spring for about $50k at the Texas Concourse in Conroe, TX.
