Y-Block oil pan question

My brother has a Y-block oil,pan that has a 1 1/8 inch drain plug.
Does anyone have an idea of what this pan fits?

Thank you.

What does it look like?
There are 4 different OEM y-block oil pan types I'm aware of. (so far)
The drain plug faces the rear in all.
With the larger drain plug it's likely a rear-sump style from a Truck or T-Bird.

If it has a half-step, it's from a 'light' truck. (pic #1 below)
With no half-step and a shallow front, it's from a 55/57 T-Bird. pic #2 below (inside view)
In the 3rd picture - from top to bottom:
deep/extra capacity Heavy Duty Truck,
Pickup Truck,
55/57 T-Bird.

4th pic: front sump style for a 'full-sized' car, with a smaller drain plug.

And there is yet another that takes a different size oil drain plug but the sheet metal is all the same. The late 50's and early 60's passenger cars (Galaxies) had a smaller drain plug than the early (54-56) passenger cars. The drain plugs are not compatible to my recollection.

I can't post a photo since the oil pan is in New York State and I am in FL. Plus, my brother is not into emailing photos as he doesn't have a computer.
However, I do appreciate all the helpful info. from all who responded to my request.
THANK YOU. JIM

that would be an early base.i believe hes talking the wrench size not the plug itself.theres no end to y block bases i took one of a 55 1/2 ton that had a car base but the baffling in side was different.the long piece that goes to the back of the base for a car was gone instead it had a plate across behide the sump like you see in most bases.

You didn't mention if it was a front sump or rear sump. Many of the early front sump oil pans had the 1 1/8" drain plugs. Memory fails me right now on if the early rear sump pans also had the larger drain plugs.
