Y block mechanic in nor cal

Hi, I just purchased a 55 fairlane 272. I was looking for a mechanic in Northern California( Sacramento area). Does anyone know of a good source to have an engine looked over and possibly have it rebuilt. It runs and drives, but the wiring looks a mess and there is an oil leak at the pan and pump/hose. Any help would be appreciated thank you. I am mechanically inclined but I may have bit off more than I can handle lol.
 
Tim McMaster is all things Y block. He is in Hanford, just down the 99 from Sacramento. He can handle the rebuild but not sure if he does any other mechanical work. If not he might be able to steer you in the direction of someone for mechanical work.
