Y block ID needed

Hello fellow barners. I just purchsed a nice running Y block and would like to know if someone would help me to identify what it is.
Right side of block.....375:3
Left side of block......EBU6015E

While we are on the numbers subject, what year or years does the parts prefix PAB apply to? I have some NOS parts with that prefix, but would have to go to the shop and dig some to tell you what the parts are. I apologize for the slight highjacking. Rod

What's the rest of the part #? That prefix doesn't sound familiar for Ford auto application but may be industrial, agricultural or watercraft etc. Perhaps an engineering #?
 
Will dig them out if I can find the right box. I know they are in FOMOCO packaging, so not an aftermarket. Also have some other strange prefixes I will post as the sorting continues. Thanks Rod
