wtd 1941 ford skirts

there is a guy on craigslist with steel box skirts ,he is in new jersy but shows up on new york craigslist,
 
I have a pair of new, never installed, steel box flared skirts purchased from Agape for my 1948 Mercury. They do not fit. They fit perfectly on my neighbors 1947 Ford Coupe. I paid Agape $225.00 for them plus shipping and had them finished in Black before I tried them on my car. ( they were guaranteed by Agape to fit) Because I have had them primed and professionally finished they will only give me a portion of what I paid for them and I have to pay shipping.
