He found a nice one and bought it.
Hi Barners...I am putting this want ad up for a V8er friend who does not own a computer and is looking for a nice '37 Ford Coupe to purchase. He is looking for something that is basically an original (no extreme hot rods, street rods, or rough basket cases...please) but some updates such as later FH engine, transmission syncro gear upgrade, hydraulic brakes, etc., would be acceptable to him. Also, he is not really looking for other years or body styles but yet he may have some interest in what you have if you have something close to what he wants. His plan would be to keep this car original and use it as a driver and possibly some EFV8C/A shows. He is not or never has been a hot rodder so you would have peace of mind that he would never cut up or modify this car as long as he is alive. He lives in Binghamton, NY but is willing to travel within reason for the right car and the right deal. His name is John and he can be reached by phone at 1-607-798-9590.
