If you should have an extra pair of package tray braces for a '35 or '36 coupe that you would sell please PM me condition and price. My car is a 3W but I'm hopeful that 5W braces would be the same except for length and could be trimmed to fit... am I correct?? . I've owned this car since I was 16 (1966) and these pieces have been missing all these years. The car was a 'cut-down roadster' when I got it - whoever did the dirty deed did a very good job of it - but I have since gathered all the pieces (roof and cowl top, doors, garnish, etc) to return it to the way Henry made it. I started the work in 2010 and moving along with it... rebuilt flathead is waiting patiently on the sidelines.

I'm new to the Forum... but have been a member of RG61 of the EFV8 club for number of years, if that should help with my credibility.
Thanks, Gary in Tucson.

For clarity, the braces I'm looking to find are the L & R metal channels that extend from the latch pillar and curve around to the ends of the rain gutter, and the package shelf lays on. I didn't know there are also braces made of wood in a T-shape configuration... I just learned this from a Ford Barn friend who PM'd me about it, and he will send me photos and measurements so I can make them up myself - how cool it that!
