Seven months ago I sent a dash and garnish moldings to Classic Auto Services in New Hampshire to be wood grained. I have not received them back and cannot get the owner on the phone. Does anyone know this company/owner and what is going on?

66, This is not the only one in that business doing the disappearing act. There is a guy still advertising in Hemmings who stiffed a good friend. Same scenario, took components AND money, won't answer phone or return messages left. This guys name is Martin....stay away!!

Maybe there is a Barner near him if you post the address and someone could stop in. Did this on the HAMB with good results. Might be worth a try.
 
Keep track with all emails and other contact with them.

Contact the New Hampshire Attorney General's office a file a complaint. I have done this very successfully with Oregon. Got my money back in my case. Maybe they can at least get your parts back.
 
Bad News. Myself and friend sent ours there 3 years ago and what a run around we got. I finally got mine by telling him my son was a state trooper and would be up to get them. I got mine mailed back next day. My friend googled his address and called all the auto related places near him andtold them that they had his parts so those guys called him and finally he got his back. The local BBB and police dept can do nothing. Took about 8 months to resolve. Good Luck.
 
Forgot to mention if you want info on rip off's etc, Google the company and Bob Waller's name. Lots of interesting reading. Lots of complaints on BBB.
