Ford Canada used wooden artillery wheels, also different steel types, usually on the AAC trucks [ heavier rating than the US AA ] mainly during 1929.
They supplied about 4 or 5 different steel AAC wheels, some were for different markets.
I have seen steel discs, wood spoke , Erie steel spoke plus the standard AA steel spokes as on '28's.
They were supplied from Canada, not made in Australia or elsewhere.
