Wood color

I am putting new wood in a 30 truck cab. Was all the wood in the cab treated and black or any of it treated and no color?
Will the wood that's exposed in the cab be painted the same color as the cab paint.
The truck was originally green. The back window frame appeared to be black, was that the original way it came.

off the top of my head, the mounting blocks were black preservative. The cab and bed wood was installed prior to painting and would be body color. For the exact specifics, check out the paint guide.

Interior wood was painted when cab was painted,
some of what I replaced on my '31 had a black (primer ?) on the unexposed areas, anything exposed was painted body color - inside and out were the same color
