Wiring Diagram

Restoring 56 Ford Customline . In desperate need of a wiring diagram for the double Junction Block to the headlights, parking lights that is under the hood.

To Ole Don--To follow the color code would be o.k. except when the old junction block was taken off it fell apart into many pieces leaving no way to use it as a pattern to replace the wires.

If you have replacement terminal block, it is pretty easy to see what goes where.
From memory Six of the terminals are siamesed. These are for headlights (high and low) and park lights. The other two single connectors are for right and left Hand turn signals. The horn and regulator wiring does not go through the terminal block.
It really doesn't matter which order you connect the wiring, but if you want it factory correct, I can scan the picture from my manual for you.

I was not trying to be a smart a**, but the answer looked that way later. On my 55, the terminal block is just a plastic block. Put one color wire in one side, and the same color in the other side. When all the wires are in, try everything. If its not right, change a wire.

Here is the layout for the plugs on a 55 from the manual. Should think the 56 is the same.
Hope this helps.
