Hi, Wanted to say "thank you" to the many FBer's who have helped with advice and data as I worked through some Winter Projects on the 28.

Attached are a few pictures:
*e28 Distributor - ready to install, square notches, one piece upper
plate with riveted ball, AB logo, no script on main cap, double script on
top cap. All new bushings, shaft, condenser, points, "B" cam, wire.

*e28 Water Pump - ready to install, new shaft and seals, brass
gland nut, new packing, cleaned and painted. Also, now have
one-piece fan for the pump.

Without FB, these updates would have been much more difficult.

Next projects: tool display case, clean and refinish Powerhouse, powder coat and install e28 engine splash pans.

Let me know any comments,
Thanks Again,

Martin Mindling Watertown, Ohio *A 11739*

I have yet to come across that early top distributor plate, though I do have the next one without the riveted ball. Your parts look good and I'm sure that book is as good as Steve's carb book. BTW. I like to grease the center hole and tabs on the top plate to keep wear to a minimum.
