We have a 1926 steel-cab TT truck project that we are probably going to build as a vintage wrecker (with a late 20's Manley Wrecker boom) We thought that the cab still had the windshield frame on it when we put it in storage, but upon checking this week, we discovered that it doesn't.
Does anyone know if the windshield frames from the wood-bodied TT cabs from around 1920 will fit on the '26 TT steel cab
? It's not that far-fetched that Henry Ford would continue with a given part, since I discovered today that a Model A windshield frame will fit a 1932-34 truck cab if a minor modification is made to the bottom channel of the Model A windshield frame.
