window seal

If I am understanding your question correctly there is really nothing that "seals" them. On the vertical sides there is a U shaped window track that the window slides up and down in. It is kind of a felt material. On the top edge that is in the top of the door is another molding that when window is up, the top edge of the glass is pushing on that. There is no seal at all on the very bottom edge of the window like the rubber molding on todays cars. Water can, and does run down inside the door. The window channels are available from all of the Model A suppliers.
