Need some help getting the door glass out of a 47 convertible. Removed the panel, removed 2 screws and the pin from the channel. does the crank mechanism have to be removed? Thank you for any info you can provide.
Glass comes out the top. Just undo the retaining clips, get the glass out of the pegs, remove the the stops at the top, remove the garnish molding and pull up. If I remember correctly, that's how I do my 48 conv.
