Width of Radiator Shell Bolting Locations

For a 1931 car.

I am putting a radiator and shell on my car to run through fitting the hood.

One of my radiators, the crappy one, has one of the upper arms that the shell bolts to was obviously bent some. Looking at the good radiators they seemed good. I figure just to be safe and double check,

What should the distance be between the top pair and the also bottom pair of brackets?

OK Kevin let me give this a try.
I measured the top from outside to outside and got 19 3/4
botom from outside to outside was 20 3/4

I also measured the distance from the top of the bottom bracket to the bottom of the top bracket and got 16 1/2

Of course I measured this from a New Jersey car so other states may vary

I'm glad I checked my radiator. My tops are 19 1/2 and need to be 19 3/4" to fit the radiator shell. The vertical distance center hole to hole is 17 1/4".
