Widebed pickup rear fenders?

Just a question.How much do you think a guy would have to pay for a nice shiney pair of NOS rear fenders?
 
I have never seen a PAIR of NOS widebed fenders in the same place.

I bought a VERY nice NOS right rear widebed fender 6-8 years ago for $1800.

It was nice, but not 'shiney'
 
Well i can tell you that they are real.the guy said he might be interested in selling them if the price is right.They are very shiney.I dont have a parts list but if anybody knows the part# i can double check the FMC tag that is on them.
I would love to get them.
 
Huckster, If they are real and available, some one will pay him what he wants. There was a gentleman that frequented this board in the past that had a pair for $4000.
 
Wide bed rear fenders are narrower than regular bed fenders and they produced so few they are hard to find. On the other hand regular bed fenders are the same for coupe, pickup, roadster, roadster pickup, and cabriolet. So there are a lot more of those around.
 
Wide bed fender A16168 also used on 31 mail truck narrow bed pick up fender is 12 inches wide, wide bed is 10 inches wide. Yes narrow bed fenders can be cut down, but needs to be narrowed above the running board notch, as the wide bed notch is only an inch into the fender. My NOS fender is dull black, paint is shelf scuffed a tad, if they are bright and shiny, with no shelf wear they very well may have been painted in the rescent past.
 
Here are a few pictures of my nos wb fender, mint condition, but dull and slightly shelf worn. I am not saying all nos wb fenders will have the same finish, but I would expect to see some shelf wear. I hope they are and hope you get your hands on them. Very hard to find. I was lucky $170.00 last year at a local auction, one of my best finds.
