Wide 5 16" hubcap retainers?

I have several of the metal "Tangs" that hold the hubcap that are broken off. Does anyone know the name of the part, and if you can buy it somewhere? Much appreciated!
 
IF it helps, I found that a SS Oval Head machine screw with SS Nylon lock nut works beautiful for holding them on. I can't remember if it was an 8-32 or a 10 (24 or 32) but it fit the drilled out hole in my rim on my 39 Mercury perfectly!!!! Once installed, completely undetectable.
