why was ken ct banned?

Best not to rehash it on the main board. Ryan was the one who banned him so maybe he'll respond to a PM as to the reason. Or maybe a member will PM you.
 
I have found that questions like this don't get an answer (which is probably the best way to handle it).
 
Answering questions like that can get you in over your head faster than you can say “How high’s the water, Mama?”
