Who's restoring a Woody?

The classic non detergent sludge, yours is thinner than most I have seen. Mine also had sticks and stones in it. Good reason to pull the Pan on an engine that has not been run in years. I bet when you first saw the oil on the dipstick it looked good, because the crap settled out to the bottom of the pan.

Hey, that is neat. The James Bond ejection door is supposed to be on the passenger side however! :)

Speaking of doors, I know nothing of wagons. Are those somebody's home-made doors?

Great looking project.

Great project. Most parts are available. Metal and wood. I restored my 12/10/28 wagon in the mid 70s and I still have it. Join Woody Wagons, the special interest group for Model A station wagons.

I am "in the process", Mine is a late 31 and I just finished rebuilding the engine and trans. When money allows i will do the body and frame off.

I know mine doesn't count (32 4-banger). But good to see another Woodie being restored!

Keep 4-banging!
