Who makes keyes from the number on the lock

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that can cut keyes from the number stamped on the lock . Any help is appreciated.

Have you looked local? Safe and lock guys have all the codes if you dont have a key. Bringing you own blank is suggested. My experience, found one 6 blocks from my house in Fl. Plus always good to know someone does it if someone online isn't around or available.
