Which model do I have?

Hi guys, I am a new owner. I bought this car about 2 months ago. It is a 1930. The motor no. indicates May, 1930. Could someone please tell me which model I have? I think it's a Briggs body. Is it a Town Sedan? It runs pretty good and it looks to have had an older restoration. The guy I got it from had it about 17 years. I'm getting pretty good at shifting and adjusting the spark. I definetly got the bug. The paint isn't too bad and at this point I think I would like to keep it as is and just drive it.

If you have a split splash apron you have a 30, if it is all one piece then it is 31-assumining nothing has been changed. If it has a central armrest inteh back with a dome light over the rear window then it is a Townsedan (briggs body). If there is no armrest and the dome light is over the fronseat you have a stadnard/delux fordor. Either way you have one very lice looking car there.

Mike, it has an armrest in the back and an oval shaped dome light(missing the cover) in the back. Thank you for the compliment, I really enjoy the attention it gets when I just drive it around. Here's a picture of the back seat.

Nice looking car! It's as you expected. It's '30 Briggs bodied Town Sedan (model 155-D). I'll give odds it's early enough to have an oval speedometer.

Nice Ride, hope you enjoy yours as much as we enjoy ours, there lots of fun in a Model "A"....lOVE THE TOURS!!
