Which heads to use for my LB, flat or dome?

I will be tearing down my newly acquired 36 LB engine to rebuild to basically stock specs (except cam) to run in my 32. I have a set of the 68- replacement cast iron heads for dome pistons and a good set of cast iron heads for flat top pistons, probably from a truck since they are iron, not aluminum.
Need opinions on which heads to use. Also the availability of new pistons for flat top or dome. Which heads woulf you use?
Comment and opinions needed.

I prefer the dome pistons which 36 engines had originally. Lightly bolt the heads on without gaskets and use model clay on the valves and pistons to determine what you can safely mill off. A little extra compression helps a lot.
