ok
I did not receive much help on the last post (thanks to those who did answer),so Ill try a different tact
these handles were used on 28-early 30 coupes and tudors

which handle do you have in your 28,29 early 30 coupe,or tudor?
im looking for original handles only, not aftermarket ones
there must be some application for these handles, as there are so many out there
every one with an original car, I would love to hear what you have
please indicate if its the long handle (#1) or short one (#2)
thanks a lot
tom

I dont believe they were on a different brand car ,as I believe only Ford had the lift up inside door handles

Mine are the long ones, but they are not originals as such. I reproduced them myself from a good original in 1975. I had them cast in bronze, then did the machine work, polished them, and had them nickel plated. Bronze is stronger than pot metal.

Here is some info? MARC Jan/Feb 2007 thanks to the author.

the article is great if i were restoring a late slant window handle
but i have way too many really good ones to do that

i know there must be a few 28-29 early coupes and tudors out there
and need you to look at your handle to see what length it is
thanks

I have taken mine off to recheck & they are short ones, still with orig. dull nickel plate, from late '29 Tudor, Canadian built.
