Where does this speedo cable bracket go?

Looking through my disassembly photos I cannot figure out where this mounted. Any help?

Along the left frame rail, just a tad behind the reinforcement plate for the clutch pedal lever. The cable end goes towards the center of the car.
Your photo depicts the top of the bracket.
