Ok, so the car arrived today! it's in my garage... I am both excited and overwhelmed! I Followed your advise and YES.. The flywheel moves like a charm!! Hooked up to a battery all the lights worked even the domes! Next we'll make sure the radiator is good to go.. it looks good was re-corded before it was stored in Calif. even the hoses look good still have some flex in them. we'll see when we back flush it. Narrowed it down to indeed it is a 1930 Town Car but it has 16 inch wheels ( red wire ) and the headlights are the Globe 862s ? ( After Markets). The interior is a real mess original seats under what looks like a old table cloth used as a seat cover.. the orignial what I think is brown or green ? mohair, really really a mess but the seats are solid and the wood is good ... the top is just chickenwire the top wood is pretty soild but has a few splits in it where too many tacks have been put in over the years. One Broken window, left front.. and thick paint all over that looks like it was applied by a brush!! Brakes are in great shape.. like new working great and the drums are like new! So what's next and what's first.. I think we'll do the radiator and flush the gas tank this weekend and see if it starts up.. when what's next ? the roof and mechanical stuff in the doors?
