where do I start

I am having a hard time finding my way around on here. Nothing seems to work. If I can't send a private message until I have posted 9 times how do I meet people to send posts to? I don't understand all of the rigamarole I am being asked to do. The more I try the more loops I get to figure out.


I tried reading the page about starting but it confused me

Hope 'the road' smooths out for you OCK. Keep a positive 'vista'! Most forums are like that... have to do this or that to move on down (or up) the line of subscriber capabilities. I had to make 10 post to include certain items add'l. I was at 8. So i said, 'Thanks' then... 'I agree!' Viola 8 became 10! And then I could add an icon or graphic just as a 'copied item'... click, copy, paste.
