When was the 255-A Special Delivery Introduced?

[CHuDWah]

I know it was produced only in 1931 but what was the introduction date or at least month?

Thanks! I assume those 19 were produced as 1931, rather than 1930, models? Any idea how many Special Deliveries have survived?

Do not know haw many have "survived" but 845 were assembled in 1931 and 40 (Model A's) in 1932.
