Will 28/29 hubs accept 30/31 wheels with any interference? Or Problems? Thanks

in general, yes. there was a very early 28 wheel that was different, and I do not know if those hubs will fit a 30/31. Someone else will probably chime in with that info

Very early '28 also known as AR cars didn't have a separate e-brake band like the later A's and the the wheels from such cars do no work on later cars. likewise later '28-'29 & '30-'31 wheels do not work on "AR" cars. That's the only exception.

if by chance you'd rather have 28-9 wheels... and are somewhere close to PA... I have a set of them and need a set of 30-31 wheels... I'd be willing to swap if you needed?

in any case.. this is the 28-9 wheels bolted to the 30-31 hubs/drums with no problems...
