wheels and tires value

I have opportunity to pick up 5 - 21" rims with new INSA tires on them for total of $400. New tubes. Appear to be original rims in acceptable condition. I currently have Kelsey Hayes wheels and I would like to have both types. Good deal? Bad deal? Advantages? Thanks. Jim

That's $80 each tire/rim... the least expensive Universal blackwall 21" tires run about $70 each, and new repro 21" rims run nearly $300 each...

Doesn't sound bad to me... do you have to go far to get them ?

The only other thing you might want to check is whether the rims spin true...

This summer I picked-up four 21" rims with 5.25 x 21 Acme tires for $300, and though I did well...
