Hi
Im looking for a wheel stud for a Model A Drum about 1/2 inch longer then what we have now
Does anybody know of a longer replacement and where i might buy some

Thx
Steve

Longer threads, or longer shank, I think a stud like on a 36 has a thicker drum-hub, but the same thread length ---perhaps the "green book" has a chart.

try Joblot ???

Steve,

Not trying to be a smart a$$ here but ...

Are you looking for longer studs because yours are too short or is this for some special application?

I see from your avatar that you have a 28 or 29 ... maybe you have "AR" hubs and are trying to use new wheels on AR hubs. If so the studs will come up short as shown in the SB page 328

Figure 662 shows the problem.

See Service Bulletin page 328

Sorry I guess posting pictures no longer works.

Hope maybe this will help

I would never consider any kind of help as what you said
any how
i built a teardrop trailer to pull behind my 29 A ,, and had Model A wheels on it
now,,, i want to remove the wheels because i dont use the trailer much and i dont want to waste perfectly good wheels
I have old Ford wheels that fit,, but the studs are to short and will only catch a few threads

Hope that helps
And Thank You for help

Steve
