Wheel Straightening Machine

I am going to write an article for our club newsletter about straightening wheels. One of our members recently got a machine built by Wheel Equipment Company, Indianapolis. It lis called "The Master Service" and looks old. It has a few hydraulic jacks in a frame that holds the wheel in place. Does anyone have a copy of the instruction manual or any other information that I could use to operate the machine correctly and write the article. If I could figure out how to post pictures, I would.

Vic, is there a patent number on the machine? If so, a patent office search should turn up information on how it works.
