What's it worth?

Im just looking for a ball park figure. A lady saw my model a parked out front and stopped by to tell me about one her mother has that she is trying to sell. None of them know much about it. This is what they told me. It is a 1931 Tudor It has been stored in the garage for 12 years and doesnt run but did run before it was put in the garage. Paint is in good condition according to them. They were just stopping by to let me know so i didnt get much info. I am planning on going and taking a look but am not sure what kind of value it has. What should i look for and check if i do go take a look? And what would it be worth if i fix it up and get it running.
 
Cannot really tell without much more information. One key thing is if it is a standard or deluxe Tudor. All the rest- paint, interior, condition shoudl be looked at.
 
Other than checking to make sure there is no crud in the fuel tank and the engine turns freely, checking the brakes (just to see if they stop at all), lights, horn, what else should i do. Should i pull the valve cover to make sure there's no crazy sludge build up? Im going to assume that they didnt drain the fuel so it has probably turned to varnish. So i doubt ill be able to try to fire it up not to mention the battery is probably dead.
