What year roadster?

I need to order some parts for my 1930 Roadster, but it seems that Ford made some changes in August of 1930. Is there any way to determine if mine is pre or post-August? The engine has been changed, so that won't help...

An oval speedometer with it's matching instrument panel and gas tank is early 30, while the round speedometer is late 30-1.

The august 1930 Briggs town sedan that I had used the round speedometer but still used the short splash apron nose pieces spot welded to the front fenders. I think in september they had most of the 31 parts except the indented firewall and outside fuel shut off valve.

There were not to many changes for Aug. My phaeton is a Aug. car. For Fine point judging it has a different pop-out that takes the early key. Headlight bar should be the stamped steel and the one thing you should look for is if it was a standard roadster turned into a deluxe. Some people keep the higher windshield / stanchions and then put a deluxe top material on it. If its the yellow one in the picture then i guess it is a Standard Roadster [ looks like no cowl lights for one].
