Can't believe it tooke 7 minutes to type a reply with an iPod. Now it's old news!
if you bought a new '29 in 1930, it will now be a 1930 truck.
Depends on what state that you are in and what year when it was licensed. In the State of Washington, in the thirties, many new held over unsold trucks from the prior year were given a year of manufacture for the year that they were first sold to the customer. I haven't seen it done the other way around though. When a new truck was first released in September, it was always licensed by Washington State as the year model that it was intended to be built for.Where did you ever get that idea? Titles show year model and year sold.
