What year is this from?

[1962300]

Is this perhaps 1949 or 1950 Ford?
Simple round chrome from a Ford; late 40's or early 50's.
Thanks
(Trying to find a matching knob to fill the Wiper Hole in my dash of my '49 Mercury)

Thanks.
If anyone has a 1949 Ford wiper switch with that round, chrome pull...please let me know.
