Can you help me identify what year and model? I think 36’ truck??

The 35 & 36 commercials had two small and one large instrument in the dash. The 1937 has the two large instruments like that.
 
I think it’s a commercial dash, but the sheet metal looks like 36 but the gauges looks like 37
